It was a previous stronghold of Demon Card, under the control of Lance, Demon Card's Commander of the 17th unit of soldiers.

Punk Street is the second city that Rave Master Haru Glory had visited outside of Garage Island. On a journey to find the Blacksmith Musica (Galein Musica), Haru, Plue and Elie get to this town. There they meet Musica and blacksmith Musica(Galein Musica). Blacksmith Musica repairs Haru's sword and then Haru defeated Lance.
