Moore was a member of the Imperial Guardians. After the Empire's destruction, he defected to Demon Card and works under General Deep Snow. He was known as Moore the Full Moon.
Appearance[]
Moore is an average sized man with medium-length black curly hair, prominent lips, and a flat nose. He was a large fedora hat with an eye-shaped pattern above the rim. His outfits consists of an open-collared mantle, a black vest held with eye-shaped buttons, loose pants, and black shoes. He wears metal cuffs on his wrists, along with two more on each of his shoes. His tattoos are a large T on the right side of his face and the same three eyed pattern on the side of his arms.
Personality[]
Not much of Moore's personality is revealed, though he appeared to have a black heart like his comrades (except Lazenby) as he had no problem defecting to Demon Card even after they destroyed the Empire. Befitting his assassination skills, he showed no hesitation in striking down Imperial remnants and was remorseless in doing so.
Synopsis[]
Star Vestige arc[]
Moore stood along his comrades as they prepared to go after the exhausted Rave Warriors before being caught in Underground's trap. After Deep Snow ordered the deaths of the mercenary group, Moore proceeded to use his chakrams to strike down numerous Underground members.
Eventually, he caught up with Dalton and attempted to kill Haru, who was saved by Musica, before joining up with the remaining Imperial Guardians and Deep Snow, surrounding the Rave Warriors. After being temporarily blinded, he advanced on the fleeing heroes before being intercepted by the arrival of Shuda.
He attempted kill Shuda with a double chakram attack, only to be shocked at how he sliced through them with little effort. As Brosnan engaged Shuda in battle, Moore prepared to eliminate him with his ultimate combo, Silent and Invisible Chakrams. Unfortunately, he saw through this and parried the attack, leaving him horrified as Shuda pierced his sword through Moore, ending his life.
Powers and Abilities[]
As a member of the Imperial Guardians, Moore was acknowledged as one of the Empire's mightiest warriors. Like Dalton, he seems to prefer stealth in combat as he camouflages his chakrams to kill his opponents both quickly and effortlessly.
Master Chakram User: As a member of the Imperial Guardians, Moore was a highly-skilled weapons user who specialized in using chakrams in combat. He demonstrated amazing skill and accuracy in defeating numerous Imperial remnants with little effort. The strength of his chakrams were powerful enough to slice through multiple trees.
Invisible Chakram: A technique Moore used to make his chakrams transparent, making it difficult for his opponents to detect them (with only Shuda and possibly Musica sensing them).
Silent Chakram: Moore uses this ability to make his chakrams completely unheard by anyone. When used along with his invisible chakram technique, Moore describes this as his Ultimate Unseen Weapon.
