Summary[]
The Legendary Blacksmith[]
Upon arriving at Punk Street, Haru Glory, Plue, and Elie, with different purposes in mind, head their separate ways. Haru and Plue visit a nearby restaurant to fill their empty stomachs, and Elie drops by a casino to score some cash. In the diner where they agree to meet at, they meet a drunkard causing a commotion. Haru wants nothing to do with him, but Plue suddenly appears in the man's table, expertly downing a bottle of liquor. Haru attempts to drag Plue away from him, but the drunk pulls the latter back. In the ensuing ruckus, the drunk offers to lead them to Musica, but is unable to stand from inebriation.[1]
In the man's home, Haru drenches the pair of drunks in cold water, effectively sobering them up. His head cleared, the man introduces himself as the blacksmith Musica. He agrees to reforge the Ten Commandments, setting a deadline of two days and the condition that Haru leaves him alone. Later, a Demon Card foot soldier, Bis, arrives to collect the sword. He discovers that the Rave stone is still in Haru's possession, and warns Musica about Lance. Meanwhile, Elie rejoices in her usual luck in gambling, and overhears a young man being referred to as "Musica".[2]
Wandering Fallen Angel[]
Elie approaches Musica's group and asks him to come with her. He misunderstands her intentions as flirting, and is greatly surprised (and consequently disappointed) when Elie leads him to Haru. Haru and Musica have a brief argument about the latter's identity, but he introduces himself as Musica of the Silver Rhythm Gang. As he leaves, they are confronted by Demon Card, led by Bis.[3]
The battle starts off in the favor of Haru's group, until Bis unexpectedly launches the screws on his head, using them as projectiles that pin the trio on a nearby wall. Bis interrogates them about the Rave, but is disappointed to learn that it is actually still with Galein. When he leaves, Haru, Elie, and Musica are saved by Plue stabbing each and every one of their remaining aggressors in the foot. Once freed, Haru and Musica discuss the former being the Rave Master. Musica informs Haru that the blacksmith is fake, as the entire Musica family had been slaughtered, with him being the lone survivor. Regardless, Haru still wholeheartedly trusts the old man. Meanwhile, Bis is furious over the blacksmith, who, on the other hand, rejoices upon the retrieval of the Rave.[4]
From the Broken Door[]
In his residence, Lance is frustrated over his underlings' lack of success in securing the Rave, but is visibly bloodthirsty at the prospect of a fight. Meanwhile, Haru and Musica continue their argument, oblivious to Elie's disappearance. When they notice her absence, they worry that Demon Card may be after her, and track her down to the town's only shop for tonfa blasters. There, they find Elie held hostage by Lance. In exchange for the Rave, Lance sets an ultimatum: Haru has two hours to retrieve the stone, or Elie will die. Enraged, Haru attempts to fight Lance, but he attacks the Rave Master with an illusion so realistic, it distracts the latter long enough for Lance to make an escape[5]
Haru and Musica, both determined to rescue a "damsel in distress", head their separate ways. Haru returns to the blacksmith's place, and with Plue's help, recovers the Rave stone and knocks Galein is shocked to learn that not only is Haru the new Rave Master, but that he has taken on Lance as well—the very man who had massacred his family through a sword the blacksmith himself had forged. It is then that Musica makes up his mind and reforges a sword once more for the first time in 15 years.[6]
The Inheritance[]
With immense difficulty, Musica reforges the Ten Commandments.[7]
Elsewhere with only a half-hour left, Musica decides to storm into Lance's Headquarters first, believing the old geezer cannot finish in time. He easily makes defeats some of Lance's guards as warm up. Inside Lance's room, Lance is watching the time till he can kill Elie, Elie confronts Lance and tells him that Haru won't be defeated so easily, which manages to excite Lance even more. Then Musica enters the room having defeated all of the guards, and demands Lance for Elie's release.
Bis then walks in and instantaneously recognized Musica. Lance tells him to get rid of Musica, Bis gets ready to fight with his Cranky weapon. But Musica easily evades all of Bis's attacks the more Bis gets provoked as time passes. This gets Lance bored and slashes Bis, angering Musica that Lance is even heartless to his own comrades.
Back at Galein's forge, Galein confesses to Haru of what happened 15 years ago as Galein was responsible for forging Lance's Beast Sword who used it to slaughter the Musica family. Since then, Galein reduced to himself as a stinking drunk while filled with deep regrets, and was about to regret again before another innocent is slain by his own creation. Galein completes the finishing touches and hands Haru his sword back. Before Haru leaves, Galein begs Haru to destroy Lance's sword and be freed of the curse wrought upon himself.
Musica begins to battle Lance only to be overpowered once again. Once Musica stands back up, the 2-hour time limit is up and Lance heads towards Elie ready to kill her. However, Haru comes crashing down and blocks Lance's attack saving Elie in the nick of time. Haru takes over Musica's place to keep his promise to old man Galein. Haru and Lance clash with Haru gaining the upperhand due to Galein informing Haru of the Beast Sword's weakness to counter the illusions. However, Lance another ace up his sleeve as he reveals his Dark Bring.
While Haru and Lance battle, Galein reflects on his past and relieves himself that the Ten Commandments was his finest work. Then Galein suddenly remembers his back after Lance slaughtered his family. Galein was dragged in by Lance who spared Galein's life because of his usefulness in the future. Lance shows Galein his Dark Bring he received as his promotional reward in becoming 17th squad commander, and request Galein to embed it into his Beast Sword. But Galein declines Lance's order, saying he quit his blacksmithing days after forging his "regretting" creation. Disappointed, Lance replies that he will find someone else to do the job. Having remembered about the Dark Bring and Lance having upgraded his sword, Galein realizes that Haru is in danger.
Back at Lance's headquarters, everyone gets surprised as the dragon illusion actually injures Haru from biting him. Haru gets startled at why the illusion's attack seemed real at the moment. Both resume their swordfight until Haru notices the Dark Bring and realizes it was its power that makes illusions become real. Lance keeps swinging illusions one by one until launching a pack of wolf illusions at Haru, but manages to defend using Explosion. Lance gets enthusiastic with the battle shoots a dragon illusion which Haru deflects, but catches Haru off guard with his illusions and lands a strike on Haru.
On Garage Island, Cattleya notices she rips Haru's shirt and thinks it is an omen, but Nakajima thinks Cattleya has buff arms which she doesn't take lightly. Cattleya thinks it is odd that Haru's shirt rips despite not being worn out at all. Back to Haru's battle, Haru managed to dodge Lance's attack barely. After Haru mentions the Musica family massacre, he begins attacking Lance in a frenzy rage. Musica observes that Haru's temper against Lance is getting to the best of him, as Lance manages to block Haru's impulsive attacks leaving no room for defense.
Suddenly, Plue jumps in to stop Haru. which catches Haru's attention and Musica prompts Haru should calm down. Haru regains his senses and apologizes until Lance picks up Plue and tosses him to be a flying target for a lion illusion. But Plue manages to avoid getting its nose stuck in the ceiling. But thanks to Plue, Haru learns of the Real Moment's weakness; the illusions are real only for a temporary instant. But despite learning that fact, Haru still gets damaged by the illusions as they can hone onto their targets through their keen sense of smell.
Before Lance could finish off Haru, Galein jumps in and holds down Lance. He apologizes to Haru for not telling him about Lance's Dark Bring sooner. With Haru's health already at its limit from the Explosion attacks, Galein (and Plue) try and hold him down, with Galein urging Haru to pierce his sword through them.
A mysterious man and his army look down on Punk Street as they say that they must bring justice. Meanwhile, Galein Musica is still holding Lance telling Haru to use the Ten Commandments sword, as Lance questions Galein if he is planning to betray Demon Card, to which says that he never had an alliance with them, Lance tells him that he will pay and attacks him with his sword. Haru tells Galen to let Lance go, but he kept holding him down. Galein asks Haru one more time to finish Lance off before he can get away and reminds him of what Lance did to the Musica family. Haru, hesitating, gets ready to use his sword, he runs towards Lance and Galein. However, instead of piercing his sword through Galein and lance, he destroys the dark bring instead. Haru lets Lance fight with him which results in Lance defeated easily. After Lance admits defeat Haru let him live and tells Galein that if he is not satisfied he can hit him, Galein smacks Lance to the wall, and says he will forgive him for killing his family 15 years ago.
Haru collapses due to the explosion fatigue but he tells Elie that he will be okay. Outside Punk Street, Jade and his unit of soldiers get ready to infiltrate Lance's headquarters. Galein is asking himself if it was finally over while he looks at Lance and turns to leave. As the warriors leave, Lance tries to attack Haru, but Haru fends him off. After knocking out Lance, Galein demands Haru to kill him once and for all. However, Haru uses Explosion to destroy Lance's Beast sword instead. Afterward, Haru falls to the floor once again.
While Haru and his group rest for exhaustion, Lance's soldiers use the chance to take them down for credit and promotion. But they were all outclassed by Hamrio Musica as he uses his silver claiming skills and defeats them. First, he uses a spear, then a whip, and then he uses a spear for the finishing blow on Lance's soldiers and sending them flying. As Galein looks at Musica fight he thinks about their name and if it was possible that there was another Musica alive.
General Jade and his army arrive starts breaking the door down. Elie feels relieved as the reinforcements have arrived but changes her mind as the Musicas figure the if scenario when the Empire learns of the Rave's existence. The group escapes with an unconscious Haru just in time before the army finally enters to see Lance and all of his men down. As the army apprehends them, General Jade notices the Dark Bring is destroyed which means there is a Rave Master on the loose. At the hospital, Haru is laying on a bed, as the other watch. Galein then tells Elie that Haru needs mouth to mouth, Elie agrees and as she approaches Haru, Haru wakes up and she rapidly moves away and then launches a punch at his face. Moments later, the group celebrates Haru's victory.
La Verdad de Hamrio[]
As Haru Glory, Elie, Galein Musica, and Plue sleep, Hebi arrives without making a noise. He tells Hamrio Musica that they are ready. On Punk Street, a mob of bandits gather in front of the national casino vault facility. In the surveillance room, the two guards watch a sports show without keeping an eye on the monitors. Hebi signals his gang to sneak in when the camera looks away. In the hallways, a flower pot almost fell, but Hebi caught it. In the surveillance room, the two guards see a bandit posing; before they could push the alarm, Hebi knocks them out and ties them. Hebi and his bandits arrive at the vault. Hebi opens the first door while Musica opens the 2nd door with his Silver Claiming ability. Everyone marvels at the gold, and Musica tells them to withdraw since he could not find the thing he is seeking for. All the men groan since they could not take a single gold bar. Outside, Musica gets a call from Hebi who gets permission to lay down a flag. Suddenly, Hebi gets startled and drops the flashlight. The alarm goes off, and Hebi calls Musica that Plue is in his bag.
When Haru searches for Plue, Musica explains to Haru that Plue has been captured and that he will bring back Plue. Haru breaks the news to Elie who asks him what will he do. Galein proposes to let Musica handle the situation. At the police headquarters, the chief interrogates Hebi and Plue. Hebi states that he walked into the vault by accident, but the chief brings up the Silver Rhythm flag. Hebi denies that he is part of the gang. The chief asks for the dog's name and plays with Plue's nose. Another officer appears and reports that Hamrio Musica has turned himself in. Hebi feels guilty.
Haru and Elie stroll down Punk Street and watches the television sets in the window. There, the reporter states that Musica has been captured. Galein walks by and explains that Musica is showing off and takes after his old man. In the prison cell, Musica states that they will get out because he has his silver necklace. At the restaurant, Haru and Elie ask Galein if Hamrio Musica is his grandson. Elie points out at the old man's tattoo on his right arm. Galein hides it and states it means nothing. Back at headquarters, Musica, Hebi, and Plue sneak around in the hallways. Suddenly, they almost ran into the chief. Hiding behind the door, Plue walks around and pokes the chief's shoe.
The chief picks up Plue and asks if Plue is thirsty. The officer states that Plue was in the cell with Musica and Hebi. Then, the chief realizes that Hebi and Musica have escaped. Musica and his partner take advantage of the situation and escape outside. Hamrio asks Hebi to contact their gang, but they have no cell phones. Moments later, Hebi and Plue stroll in front of the crowd who watches the news. They alert the police. Hebi tells Musica that their gang is nearby. The police chase Hebi and Musica down the street. However, the gang switch places with the two and added clothes to them. Seconds later, the chief and the police lose sight of Musica.
In the park, Haru demands Musica to talk to Galein to confirm if they are related. Musica states that his old man will hold him back and that he has something to do first. Haru yells at him to think about his family. After the ruckus, Galein walks by and hears their conversation. Galein asks Musica about his past. Musica explains that his family were killed and that Rize has adopted him. Galein asks Musica if there is a crest on his right arm. Galein reveals his right arm that doesn't bear the crest. Galein states that he is not related to him. Then, Hebi appears and Musica bids farewell to Galein. After the two have left, Galein explains to Haru that Musica is his grandson and that he doesn't want to place a burden on him. By daybreak, Galein gives Haru and his group information about the Rave's whereabouts in the land of Falling Stars. He tells them to go north and asks the people there.
