Celia is a Mermaid from the underwater Mermaid Village; Mildesta.

Appearance

Celia is a beautiful young girl, with a curvaceous figure. She has blue colored eyes and long hair. As a mermaid, her upper body is that of a humans while her lower body is that of a fish, having a green fish tail instead of legs. She wears a blue bikini with clam shell designs, a necklace, star shape ear rings and three braces on her left arm. She also has a mark at the back of her left hand. Celia can use turn Magic to temporarily turn her tail into human legs.

Personality

Celia is innocent girl who is nice to everyone, respecting her villages principles of always repaying kindness onto others. For that she welcomed Haru and his friend to her home for him saving her, since then Celia has been smitten with Haru and completely falls in love with. Her innocence is however to a fault, as can sometimes be gullible and clumsy, such as spending a whole year away from home just to find a necklace for her sister and releasing Lilith from her trap for believing her promise of turning Celia into a real human so she can be with Haru. Celia however is clever enough to suspect a lie and released Lilith in the middle of her spell as a contingency and attack even if Celia sustain injuries from her double cross.

Magic and Abilities

Mermaid Magic: This Magic allows others the user chooses to be able to breath and talk underwater. In addition, it can also grant others the ability to swim proficiently. This Magic also temporarily grants the user a pair of human legs to be able walk and run on above water surfaces. This Magic also shown to be capable of purification, being able to undo Haru's petrification from a Dark Bring.

Sea Magic: Celia's main offensive Magic that she uses in combat, this magic allows her manipulate and control the water around her into dense attacks.

• Shield Wave: A defensive spell which Celia creates a shield made of water to block enemy attacks.
• Water Scissor: Celia's offensive attack where she blasts water at her opponent.
• Sealing Ocean: Celia uses the Magic to trap and ensnare her target into bubble of water, this spell can last up to 24 hours, during which the user can choose to release the captive earlier. The prisoner inside is unable to see outside the bubble.
• Blue Ecstasy: Celia's strongest and most powerful spell, she swims circles around a target at incredible speed, writing runes to cast magic circles. When completed, the user detonates a powerful attack on the opponent. The user can choose to detonate this spell anytime, for it can remain for a while after casting.

Aquatic Breathing: As a Mermaid, Celia is able to breath underwater and survive deep pressures.

Expert Swimmer: As a Mermaid, Celia is not only an excellent swimmer but also able to move at great speeds underwater.
